Hello and God bless you. My name is Paul Anthony Paez, the President and founder of Timely Tech Inc (TTI).
We are a service focused company. The company name was derived from an understanding of the importance of our client’s time in the ever changing world of technology. Our mission is to provide the customer with the best solution to meet the requirements of their company, to do the job right the first time, and save our customers valuable "Time".
We recognize that not all businesses operate on a "Nine to Five, Monday through Friday" schedule. With this in mind, we make our service and support available 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
TTI offers a full array of services including a scheduled maintenance programs. We believe that preventative maintenance is the key to saving the customer unwanted expenses and preserving valuable "Time". We also offer a program designed specifically with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard in mind. Above all, Timely Tech stands for honesty, integrity and real commitment to each and every one of our customers. Our success is owed only to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He has blessed our business and brought us many friends through the creation and continued success of this company. Our hope is to be a light in the world; that we may do service to glorify him. I can still remember when I created the business in May of 2004, after making the decision to leave the Corporate IT environment. I prayed for wisdom and began the company. The first piece of Wisdom that I received from the Holy Spirit was a way to bring the Corporate, IT department mentality, to the Small and Medium businesses. The core and backbone of the economy in the United States is this very group but unfortunately most cannot afford to have an IT staff and much less an IT Director.
The corner stone of this insight was a program called Monthly Preventative Maintenance. The uncommon concept caught on quickly in the Charleston, SC area, TTI’s unquestioned Godly favor and blessing was truly overwhelming, and quickly out grew the Sole Proprietorship as Time Technologies LLC, under the helm of myself. My good friend, Brother in Christ and accountant and I had a heart to heart conversation in December 2006 and Rusty graciously excepted my offer and now is my Partner in our Business now known as Timely Tech Inc. We began the Joint venture flying the under the new flag January 1, 2007.
I thought I saw incredible growth the first two years… Wow!
The new found exponential grow is really no surprise though if you read the Bible. I can think of two verses that explain two principles or benefits of Team Work. The first comes from the book of Deuteronomy Chapter 32 and verses 30 & 31, and explains the huge increase in power or volume of work that (2) can do over (1). The verses read, "How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up? For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges", simply stated that Rusty and I having a common faith are able to do tenfold the work as we could as an individual. The second verse comes from the book of Proverbs in Chapter 27 and verse 17, and speaks about the character, integrity and perseverance that is increased when two of similar belief come together. The verse reads, "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. Jimmy Swaggart states it like this: "It takes an iron file to sharpen an ax. Likewise, it takes a man with strong courage, holy ambition, and with a strong moral and Spiritual Life, to "sharpen" or affect the lives of his friends and others." I just give God all the gratitude and praise for bringing me two Iron Friends into my life that have been such a blessing and that Iron File, my Wife Deborah and my Partner Rusty.
After January 2007 TTI was off to the races and we have not slowed for an instant. We defiantly have not felt the slowed economy. We are now no longer under the category of Mom and Pop shop, TTI attracts wonderful talent and are continuously hiring. Our staff is… well… you will just have to see… for yourself. Obviously a change in Credit Card security requirements has helped the growth of our business. You can find more on this in our PCI DSS and services sections. I love the times that confirm that – I know – that – I know – that – I know. When I started the business and prayed for wisdom, and God gave me illumination with the ability to bring Direction to the customer with a standardized Preventive maintenance program… and then for the PCI Security Standards Council to require a program that is very similar… one of those eureka moments.
I want to Thank God, Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior, my wife Deborah Paez, my partner Russell Munoz for being a light, a breath of fresh air and a source of strength.
